Why does Shopify fail to capture?

If you’re using API to capture payments from Shopify and the capture fails (for instance with this message: We failed to capture 499.90 NOK), communication errors are presumably the cause.

Log in to your Bambora administration, and verify if the payment has been captured. If it hasn’t, you can capture it from the Bambora administration.
